Vechilo is a platform that lets local businesses create a mobile-friendly page with products, posts, business hours, and WhatsApp inquiries, and optionally appear in our public Explore directory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

By creating an account, completing onboarding, or using Vechilo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Vechilo is an online platform that provides digital tools and services to help businesses establish an online presence, showcase products and services, connect with customers, and access additional platform features that may be introduced over time.

Our current features include tools to create and host business pages, manage product catalogs, customize themes, track basic analytics, and receive customer inquiries via WhatsApp.

Unless explicitly stated for a particular feature or service, Vechilo does not act as the buyer, seller, payment processor, delivery provider, or party to transactions between businesses and customers.

All communications, inquiries, negotiations, purchases, agreements, and transactions between businesses and customers are solely between those parties.

Vechilo is not responsible for managing, mediating, or enforcing those transactions unless explicitly stated for a specific feature.

Businesses are solely responsible for fulfilling all commitments and obligations made to customers.

Businesses are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their dealings with customers.

By using the Service, businesses agree that they may appear in public search results, categories, featured businesses, recommendations, promotional sections, and business directories.

Appearance or ranking in search results or directories does not imply endorsement by Vechilo and does not guarantee business visibility, platform traffic, or customer engagement.

Businesses retain ownership of their uploaded content, including text, images, product catalogs, and branding.

Businesses grant Vechilo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, index, optimize, and publish that content for operating, improving, promoting, and providing the platform.

All Vechilo branding, logos, software, platform design, source code, APIs, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Vechilo and its licensors.

When visitors submit inquiries, their name and phone number are stored in Vechilo and shown in your dashboard Customers list.

Visitors confirm consent before submitting an inquiry. You act as an independent recipient of that information and must handle it lawfully, keep it secure, and honor applicable privacy obligations.

You must not export or use customer inquiry data for purposes unrelated to serving those customers, and you must delete or stop using data when you no longer have a lawful basis to retain it.

If you publish your own privacy notice on your website or page, it should accurately describe how you use customer contact details obtained through Vechilo.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you publish or upload. We reserve the right to review, flag, filter, modify, refuse, or remove content, or to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

You agree not to upload, publish, or promote content or engage in activities that involve:

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google (sign-in), AWS (file storage), and WhatsApp (messaging). Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Vechilo aims to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may experience downtime, latency, or interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features with or without notice.

Premium plans, subscriptions, paid features, or additional services may be introduced in the future.

Pricing and available features may change with reasonable notice, giving you the opportunity to modify or cancel your subscription.

You may stop using the Service at any time and close your account. You can request account closure by contacting us.

Vechilo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, created security or operational risks for the platform or other users, engaged in abuse, or participated in illegal activity. We may also suspend accounts to comply with legal requirements or directives from law enforcement.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property licenses, disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnities) will remain in effect.
